David Hardin is a Co-Founder and Partner at City Center Financial, bringing decades of experience in insurance and wealth management to the firm. His career began at Monarch Insurance Company, where he quickly earned recognition as “New Agent of the Year.” He later became a General Agent with INA Investors Life and later served as Vice President of a large insurance brokerage firm, where he mentored and trained marketing consultants across the country—helping independent advisors grow client-focused practices.

David is deeply respected for his ability to connect big-picture planning with real-world needs. Over the years, he has spoken to numerous audiences on insurance, retirement, and advisor development, and has been quoted in national media for his insight. No matter the platform, his message remains the same: sound guidance begins with listening, trust, and a deep understanding of each client’s goals.

David continues to shape the firm’s mission through a commitment to thoughtful, personalized service. He works closely with his team to ensure financial plans are not only well-structured, but meaningful and grounded in what matters most to the client. He believes that every financial strategy should reflect the person behind it and that trust is built through listening, consistency, and care. His leadership continues to influence City Center Financial’s client-first culture and long-term vision.

David and his wife, Beth, have three adult children and five grandchildren. Outside the office, he enjoys classic films, travel, and volunteering with charitable organizations. He remains active in his community and continues to share his time, insight, and care with those around him.
